Miles of Skye also features Celtic vocalists Steve McDonald (whose Sons of Somerled has sold in excess of 175,000 units) and up-and-comer Darby DeVon. Lyrics on Miles of Skye were co-written with fellow Emmy nominee Ron Boustead who has also had songs recorded by Denise Williams, Greg Karukas (on almost every album) and Jonathan Butler.
